The Estuary is an artificial canal city, built along a 1.4 kilometres (0.9miles) stretch of the Kuala Terengganu shoreline. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 50,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located in the heart of Kuala Terengganu, separated by the famous landmark known as the Kuala Terengganu drawbridge.

The overall project is divided into 4 districts, with each designed for a particular purpose. These include the Estuary Avenue, Estuary Creek, Estuary Business Park and
Estuary Oceanfront.
