With over three decades in property development, project management and architectural & interiors design space, Mr. Zuraimi brings a unique set of leadership skills and experiences to the firm.

Mr. Zuraimi was Vice President at Sime Darby Property heading a 7 mil.sq.ft. Transit Oriented Development (T.O.D.) to coordinate the market study, planning, design, execution and oversight of key management initiatives including procurement, budgeting, risk management, strategy, resources, operations, Local Authority liaison, reporting and client solutions for the 34-acre mixed-use development.

Prior to this role, he conducted key operational activities for the design and construction of the 57-storey Petronas Tower 3 office tower project in KLCC. Mr. Zuraimi began his career in San Francisco, U.S.A. as an Architect at the global A/E firm H.O.K. and over the years held numerous leadership positions in project management of prestigious developments such as the 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers, the Prime Minister’s Office complex in Putrajaya and the 45,000 acre Selangor Vision City catalyst development masterplan along a 25km Guthrie Corridor Expressway for Sime Darby Property.

As Head Secretariat Mr. Zuraimi had worked with senior leadership to spearhead international design competitions for the remaining vacant Lots in the Revised KLCC Masterplan and secured participations from renowned designers such as Zaha Hadid, OMA, Foster Associates, KPF and S.O.M. for submitted Grade A* super high-rise office towers proposals. Earlier, Mr Zuraimi had also led another international design competition held at the Client’s office in Beirut, Lebanon and was Competition Jury member for the 57-acre Jabal Omar, Makkah K.S.A. development.

Mr. Zuraimi’s background and track record of success in international & local experience steers the firm’s senior leadership team and continues to build on the firm’s many successes. Mr. Zuraimi earned a B.A.(Hons.) Architecture from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom and is bestowed Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005.
