• Degree in Architecture (Part II or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge on Malaysian building codes, planning regulations and technical design standards.

• Demonstrates strong initiative and a problem-solving mindset, consistently delivering quality results on schedule while adapting to changing project needs.

• Proficient in CAD-based software, Sketchup & other Architectural design-based softwares.
